We do not send post text, reply text, symptom notes, medication details, diagnosis notes, or free-text health narratives as analytics parameters.
Device, Diagnostic, And Security Information

How We Use Information
We use information to:

Sharing Information
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the app, such as Firebase/Google Cloud and Apple platform services. These providers process information so the app can authenticate users, store data, monitor reliability, and protect against abuse.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse, security incidents, or policy violations.
Your Choices And Data Rights
During beta, some data-rights requests may be handled manually. You can contact support to request:
- Account deletion
- Deletion of private care data
- Removal or deletion of posts and replies where appropriate
- Help correcting account or profile information
- Future data export support when available
Some content may be retained when necessary for safety, abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or audit purposes.
Consent For Future Features
Future AI features, research opportunities, and caregiver sharing will require clear additional consent before they are enabled. These features are not automatic.
Children
SteadyTogether is not intended for children under 13. If the beta later expands to younger users, this policy and the consent model must be updated first.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. No system is perfect, and beta software may have bugs. Please report security or privacy concerns through support.
Changes
We may update this policy as the beta evolves. If a change materially affects how user information is collected, used, or shared, we will update the policy date and provide notice where appropriate.
