App Or Account Help
Contact support if you cannot sign in, onboarding is stuck, a page will not load, or a feature does not work as expected.
Community Safety
Use in-app report and block tools for posts, replies, or users that feel unsafe or inappropriate. For beta safety issues that need extra context, email support.
Privacy And Data Requests
You can email support to request:
- Account deletion
- Deletion of private care data
- Deletion or review of posts and replies where appropriate
- Help correcting profile or account information
- Future data export support when available
Some requests may be handled manually during beta.

SteadyTogether is not a medical device, medical provider, crisis line, or emergency service. If you may be in danger or need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or a qualified care professional.
