Need help with the beta? Send us a note and we will review it as soon as we can. SteadyTogether is built for support and organization, but it is not emergency care and it does not provide medical advice.

Support Privacy Terms

Send a support inquiry

Tell us what is going on and where you got stuck. We will use your email to reply when we review the request.

Please do not include emergency needs, full medical records, or sensitive identifiers.

  • The email address used for your SteadyTogether account
  • Your device type, such as iPhone model or simulator
  • A short description of what happened
  • A screenshot if it helps explain the issue

Do not send urgent medical needs, emergency information, full medical records, or sensitive identifiers by email.

App Or Account Help

Contact support if you cannot sign in, onboarding is stuck, a page will not load, or a feature does not work as expected.

Community Safety

Use in-app report and block tools for posts, replies, or users that feel unsafe or inappropriate. For beta safety issues that need extra context, email support.

Privacy And Data Requests

You can email support to request:

  • Account deletion
  • Deletion of private care data
  • Deletion or review of posts and replies where appropriate
  • Help correcting profile or account information
  • Future data export support when available

Some requests may be handled manually during beta.

Medical Or Emergency Needs

SteadyTogether is not a medical device, medical provider, crisis line, or emergency service. If you may be in danger or need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services or a qualified care professional.

Beta Feedback

Feedback is welcome. Helpful notes include:

  • What felt confusing
  • What felt useful
  • Where the app felt slow
  • Where text, buttons, keyboard, or navigation got in the way
  • What you expected to happen

Response Expectations

During beta, response times may vary. We prioritize account access issues, privacy requests, safety reports, and bugs that block core app use.
